Check the position of the reed switch on the hook up / down cylinder. This should be set towards the bottom of the cylinder so that is comes on 2mm before the cylinder reaches the bottom of its stroke. If this is correct check the wiring of the reed switch, the free movement of the assembly, the air supply and the relevant pneumatic valve.
